And the line of cars drove down real slow
The racer chick Casey Schaefer pulled off another feature win Friday night at Belle Clair Speedway. Storms threatened to beat down on us but I prayed they would blow over and that is exactly what happened. It was a great night of racing and Casey Schaefer had a stunning performance.
I forget to mention two weeks ago Casey had the opportunity to drive a late model in a couple of the races. The first race you could tell she was trying to get the feel for the car but by the second race she was holding her own and looked great doing it. (Unfortunately the website doesn't have pictures for that week). It is so awesome to watch a girl race and do so well.
Side note, last Friday was her 19th birthday.
